The post-top luminaires of the LANTERN family reinterpret the form of the classic mushroom luminaire. The result is an installation-friendly, modular luminaire with an elegant, transparent appearance and modern lighting technology. With its daylight effect it blends discreetly in with modern architecture but also successfully with historical surroundings.

An LED version of LANTERN is now available as the most efficient and modern version.

The luminaire consists of a canopy that can be combined either with one of the two housings (DELUXE, CLASSIC) or singly with one of the two transparent or pearled covers of PMMA. In addition various fan-shaped reflectors and a shield are available for various light distribution patterns.
With the exchangeable electrical insert it can be equipped with various HIE-CE, HSE and TC-LEL lamps or with the LED Module 520.
Most optical components and electrical inserts and the LED Module 520 for the town and park luminaires LANTERN, LANTERN CLASSIC and LANTERN DELUXE can be interchanged and are identical to components of the MUSHROOM LUMINAIRE, CITY-LIGHT PLUS and CITY-LIGHT ELEGANCE thanks to outstanding availability of replacement parts and the rapid, maintenance-friendly exchange of components, allowing greater flexibility for design.
